Forest School

I am a Level 3 Forest School Leader and can work with schools at both primary and secondary levels. I liaise closely with teachers to deliver topic-based sessions that provide an enriching outdoor learning experience. In addition to providing activities that link to the curriculum, my sessions involve lots of art and creativity. I can show children (and adults) how to light fires, use tools, build shelters, tie knots, cook delicious recipes on an open fire and identify the woodland flora and fauna.

Testimonials

‘Stacey has a calm, positive manner with the children and the activities are always purposeful, enjoyable, and allow for an element of independent thought and creativity. This leads to a perfect balance of structure and exploration.’
Caroline Rolls, Teacher

‘Stacey has led our Upper KS2 outdoor learning program for the last two years. She has planned sessions around our topics and has designed outdoor opportunities to fulfill objectives that we need to cover from within our curriculum. These have included mathematical learning; orienteering and metal casting in sculpture. These sessions have been well organised and immensely fun and engaging for the children.’
Lucy Carr, Teacher
